This is a placeholder terms of service for the Ininfer landing page. It covers use of the public marketing site only. Replace this text with a final, lawyer-reviewed version before any commercial launch or paid product launch.

1. Acceptance

By accessing https://ininfer.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.

2. The Site is a research project

Ininfer is currently in research and validation. We are not selling a product, and we make no guarantees that any service, beta program, or feature described on the Site will launch, ship on any particular timeline, or be available to you.

3. Waitlist

Submitting the waitlist form does not create an obligation on either side. We may invite waitlist members to a private beta, or we may not. We will only contact you about the beta unless you ask us to do something else.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or unlawful content via our forms.
  • Attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the Site.
  • Scrape the Site at a rate that interferes with normal operation.
  • Use the Site to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, copy, code, and graphics, is owned by Ininfer or its licensors. You may view and link to the Site for personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce or distribute substantial portions of it without our written permission.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ininfer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
